When repairing a watch, if any parts are found to be damaged, we will give priority to replacing them with original parts to maintain the consistency of the watch. The difficulty of obtaining original parts will vary depending on the rarity and year of production of the watch. If your watch is an antique watch with a considerable history, it will be recommended that you go to the brand's official repair shop for part replacement, but the cost may be higher and customers need to consider it at their own discretion.
